More work to be done

The Bearcats have raised over $600 for Haiti and they hope to keep raising money this weekend when the basketball teams host Douglas.

The donations are made through MCC and can also be done online.

In stock this weekend should be some exciting games at Columbia Place.  On the men's side, the Bearcats (2-8)  currently sit in seventh position, one spot behind Douglas (4-6).  With six games remaining and both teams challenging for a top six spot to qualify for provincials, there is a lot riding on these two games Friday and Saturday night.

On the women's side it will be a battle of two teams still looking for their first league wins of the season.  Both the Bearcats and the Royals sit at identical 0-10 records.

Games go at 6 & 8pm January 29-30.
