'Cats split with Royals


The CBC men's volleyball team came away with a split this weekend at Douglas College.

In Friday's game the 'Cats lost 3-0 by scores 25-19, 25-22, 25-17.  Steve Berkenpas led the team with 17 kills.  CBC responded with a 3-1 won on Saturday 26-24, 18-25, 25-22, 25-23.  CBC sits in sixth place at 7-7 while the Royals are at 8-6 and in fourth place.

The 'Cats wrap up league play this weekend at home against the College of the Rockies.  Game time is 7:45pm Friday and 2:45pm on Saturday.
