CATERING
CBC has an experienced catering crew that offers to cater to groups of 50 or more. CBC Catering has over 16 years experience. There are several tasty menu selections available. Our chef, Gerald Thiessen, and crew are able to provide not only a wonderful tasting meal but also an eye appealing presentation for you and your guests.
CBC facility space available for Banquets:
- Clearwood Room - available year round (seats upto 90 people). Offers in-house PA system.
- Dining Room - available mid April - end August (seats upto 200 people). If overflow room (Clearwood Room) is opened, then total seating capacity is 300 people. Offers in-house PA system.
- Columbia Place gymnasium - available year round (seats up to 600 people).
